How It Works

You can work with me through online 1:1 yoga sessions, group classes, or dedicated coaching sessions. 

We begin with a free initial conversation to see if we’re a good match and to understand your needs. 

As part of your yoga practice journey, you’ll also have access to:

– A free Q&A session every two weeks (on request).

– Optional special meditation sessions. 

Yoga classes will be held weekly and group classes will be suitable for all levels. 

For coaching only sessions, there will be a free initial assessment followed by a plan tailored specifically for your needs (G.R.O.W. model or S.M.A.R.T. goals). 

Everything is designed to support you gently and consistently, at your own pace.
