My story
I am Catalina, a certified life coach and yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for more than 30 years, and with time and consistent practice, I’ve come to understand and appreciate its immense value.
Yoga taught me that real change begins with paying attention — to your body, your breath, and the way you move through your life. When you practice regularly and understand the principles behind the techniques, you begin to tap into your potential and develop the qualities that make you who you are. As these qualities strengthen, your self‑trust grows. You start interacting with others in a more honest and balanced way, without masks, without anxiety, and without the need for external validation.
Yoga doesn’t just support your physical health. It helps you find balance, clarity, and a natural sense of purpose. It reminds you that you are whole — and that you already have everything you need to rise.
I became a yoga teacher because I reached a point in my life where I am at peace with myself. Yoga has been my path to self‑knowledge, clarity, and spiritual growth — and now I’m here to share that experience with you.
Alongside yoga, coaching became a natural extension of my work. Coaching offers structure, reflection, and practical tools that help you understand where you are, clarify your goals, and move forward with intention. It supports you in making decisions that fit your life and align with who you truly are.
